We collect two kinds of information:

• Information you submit — when you request our Visibility Scorecard or use a contact form, you may give us your name, email address, website address, revenue range, and a description of the business challenge you want help with.
• Standard technical data — like most websites, we receive the routine information your browser sends (such as general request data) and any UTM or referrer parameters attached to the link you arrived from.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to:

• Prepare and send your Visibility Scorecard;
• Respond to your inquiry; and
• Communicate with you about our services.

How it is stored and shared

Form submissions are stored in our database, hosted with Supabase. If you opt in, you may also be subscribed to our email newsletter, which is delivered through beehiiv. These providers process data on our behalf so we can operate the site and communicate with you.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. No reselling, ever.

If you are subscribed to our newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing us at team@atmarhq.com.

Your choices and rights

You can request access to the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing team@atmarhq.com. We will do our best to honor reasonable requests promptly.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use basic, standard analytics to understand general usage and improve the experience. We do not use this data to identify you personally beyond what you have already shared with us.
